Arrive & Check In
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first appointment. This gives you time to get settled and ask any questions before your treatment begins.
Consultation
We'll review your health history, goals, and any areas of concern. This helps ensure your treatment is tailored to your individual needs.
Your Treatment
Relax in a comfortable, private setting while receiving a massage therapy treatment tailored to your goals and comfort level.

Payment & Insurance
We accept debit, credit, cash, and e-transfer for all treatments.
Many extended health benefit plans cover massage therapy provided by a Registered Massage Therapist. Official receipts are provided following treatment for insurance reimbursement. Please consult your provider regarding your specific coverage and reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
